What kinds of commercial jobs do you take?

Office, retail and restaurant strip-outs, warehouse and plant dismantling, and full commercial teardowns. One past job was the disassembly of an indoor vertical farm of over 6,000 square feet.

Can equipment and materials be saved?

Yes. On dismantle jobs, equipment, ducting, racking and panels are unbolted and stacked on pallets so they can be re-used or sold.

Do you handle permits and haul-away?

Yes. We pull the demolition permit when the job needs one, and everything is hauled off on our own trucks.

What does it cost, and how soon can you start?

We price it after a free walk-through and you get a straight quote. We can usually start within 48 hours of your go-ahead.

We recently hired them to tackle the disassembly of a complicated indoor vertical farm over 6,000SF, and I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency.

They tore down and removed stables, corrals and a large hay barn on an open lot property in Lafayette. I found Mosso to be competitive, communications were prompt and they met all expectations.
