From the Building Division
- Redwood City has recycling requirements for all demolition projects.
- A Waste Management Plan must be submitted before the building permit is issued, through Redwood City Waste Tracking.
- Before the final inspection, a Debris Disposal and Diversion Report and recycling receipts are due.
- The Building Division publishes a Demolition Permit form, a demolition policy for complete structures, a separate policy for tenant improvements and a PCB application for demolition.
- Permit applications are uploaded to the city online, and the files must be named with the project address.
